Dispatch condition, stock & guarantees for roses – PharmaRosa®

What do dispatch condition and stock status mean?

The appearance of the rose at the time of delivery depends on the season and the weather – this is natural. Here we show you where to find the “dispatch condition” section for the variety for the relevant month, why the plant may differ from the photo, what the basket icon indicates about availability, and how all this relates to our establishment and varietal identity guarantee.

What would you like to clarify: condition, stock or guarantee?

Dispatch condition, stock and guarantee – PharmaRosa®

The summary below helps you understand in what current stage of development the roses ordered from our online shop may arrive, where you can find the most accurate information about this, and which guarantees make your purchase secure.

Expected condition of the rose at delivery

The rose is a living plant, therefore its current appearance and stage of development at delivery naturally vary throughout the year depending on the season, the weather and the cultivation technology applied.

Where can you find the current condition?

On the product page of the given rose variety we indicate what condition the stock is expected to be in this month. Please open the selected variety, then scroll down on the product page to the “Dispatch condition / current appearance” section, where you will find a month‑specific photo and a short description.

What does the photo on the product page show?

The photo shows the typical average appearance for the given month (for example pre‑bud‑break stage, fresh shoot growth, leafing, tidy condition after pruning). This information is useful because the rose changes continuously during the year.

Why might the plant you receive differ from the photo?

  • Weather variations: temperature and precipitation significantly influence shoot growth and foliage density.
  • Cultivation specifics: how the stock is managed (for example the timing of pruning) can affect the external appearance.
  • Natural individual differences: the development of individual plants may differ even under identical conditions.

Purchase security: our products come with a 1‑month establishment guarantee, and we provide a varietal identity guarantee for every rose we sell. This means you can still rely on solid foundations even if the appearance of the plant you receive naturally differs from the one shown in the photo.

PharmaRosa® guarantees and options

It is especially important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Below is a brief summary of the guarantees and options with which we support the roses purchased from our online shop.

Establishment guarantee

Our products come with a 1‑month establishment guarantee. If the rose fails to sprout or dies despite proper planting and care, we will provide a solution based on a warranty assessment.

The establishment guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

  • death caused by drought, frost or improper care,
  • if the necessary, requested photos are not available,
  • if climbing and rambler roses are grown permanently in containers.

Varietal identity guarantee

We provide a varietal identity guarantee for every rose we sell. If it turns out during the plant’s first flowering that it is not the ordered variety, you can choose from the following options:

  • a refund of the price of the incorrect variety,
  • free replacement with the correct variety.

If the notification is received more than 6 months after delivery, we may request the following to enable accurate identification:

  • the purchase invoice,
  • a photo of the plant(s) received,
  • the variety label.

Variety availability and stock

Orderability indicator

On the website the appearance of the basket icon indicates that a variety can be ordered. In all other cases the plants are still in cultivation and have not yet reached a marketable stage of development.

Why does variety availability change?

Varieties become available at different times and in different quantities. The reason for this is that the cultivation cycle and growth rate of roses differ from variety to variety, therefore we cannot give an exact advance date for every variety as to when it will reach a saleable condition.

Stock updates

We update our stock daily; current availability always reflects the status on that day.

Not sure whether the condition of the rose you receive is “as it should be” and what you can expect in terms of guarantees?

We provide a short, practical explanation of dispatch conditions, stock indicators and the logic of our establishment/varietal identity guarantees, so that you can make decisions and plant with confidence.

  • Understanding dispatch conditions: what the month‑specific “current appearance” means and what counts as a natural variation
  • Reading the product page: where to find the “Dispatch condition / current appearance” section and how to use it when deciding
  • What influences appearance: weather, timing of pruning/management, individual plant differences
  • How the establishment guarantee works in practice: what the 1‑month period covers and under which care conditions it applies
  • Varietal identity guarantee: why the first flowering is the decision point and when replacement or refund is considered
  • Stock and orderability: what the basket icon indicates, why availability differs by variety and how stock is updated
