Guarantees: what do we provide and how can you arrange it quickly?

Your purchase security with us is based on two pillars: a 1‑month establishment guarantee and a varietal identity guarantee. On this page we briefly and clearly summarise the conditions, exclusion criteria and the steps for submitting a guarantee claim (what photos and data are needed), so that there is no unnecessary additional correspondence. PharmaRosa® guarantees – overview

We provide an establishment and varietal identity guarantee for the plants we grow and sell.

We guarantee to our customers that we will send viable roses that are true to the stated variety. With professional planting and aftercare, the plant will develop optimally.

A potted rose has a root system that ensures good establishment. Planting is possible at any frost‑free time of the year. Planting must be carried out with due care.

PharmaRosa® guarantees and options

For PharmaRosa®, your satisfaction with your purchase is of key importance. Below we summarise which guarantees and options we provide for roses purchased in our online shop.

Establishment guarantee

We provide a 1‑month establishment guarantee for our products. If the rose does not sprout or dies despite professional planting and care, you can use your guarantee as follows:

How to submit a guarantee claim
  • Keep the invoice and take photos of the plants upon receipt.
  • Plant the roses as soon as possible, in open ground or in a pot of at least 20 litres.
  • Take a photo of each planted rosebush individually.
  • If the plant dies, please send us an e‑mail with:
    • the variety name,
    • the number of plant(s),
    • the invoice number,
    • photos of the planted and dead plants.

We will prepare a short guarantee‑claim e‑mail with your details so that all the information required for a refund is definitely included and no time is lost on additional correspondence.

  • Preparing a guarantee‑claim e‑mail with all required data and a clear structure.
  • Clarifying the photo list: condition on receipt, planted plant, dead plant, tag/label.
  • Support for individual identification in the case of several plants (variety–quantity–photo matching).
  • Providing account number and order details in a uniform way for fast processing.
  • Requesting all data needed for a refund in an organised way (if required).
  • Traceable communication after receipt: clear subject line and case type indication.

We will refund the product price.

The establishment guarantee does not apply:

  • in the event of death due to drought, frost or improper care,
  • if the requested photos are not available,
  • if climbing and rambler roses are grown in pots.

Varietal identity guarantee

We provide a varietal identity guarantee for every rose we sell. If, at the first flowering, it becomes clear that the plant is not the variety ordered, you can choose from the following options:

  • a refund of the price of the incorrect variety,
  • free replacement with the correct variety.

Please submit your claim after flowering, supported by photos, by e‑mail to our customer service.

If your claim is submitted more than 6 months after receipt, please enclose:

  • the purchase invoice,
  • a photo of the plants received,
  • the varietal identification label.
